Rheem RCFY Indoor Evaporator Coil
The indoor coil is part of the system, not an afterthought.
An AC or heat pump needs the right indoor coil to exchange heat with the air moving through your home. In our furnace-based Rheem packages, RCFY coils are selected to suit the outdoor unit, furnace, capacity, and installation.

UNDERSTAND YOUR OPTIONS
What the coil does
In cooling mode, refrigerant inside the coil absorbs heat from the air passing over it. Moisture can condense on the coil and drain away. In heat-pump heating mode, the indoor coil releases heat into the airflow.
Why the match matters
A coil that physically fits is not automatically the correct performance match. The outdoor unit, coil, and blower combination determine the certified system rating. Your proposal should identify the actual coil model.
Fit includes more than width
Cabinet dimensions, airflow direction, drain arrangement, access, refrigerant requirements, and the equipment combination all matter. We check the application instead of choosing from tonnage alone.
Keeping it working
Correct filtration and drainage help protect the coil and its operation. Ask us to show you the filter, condensate drain, and any overflow protection included with your installation.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Expert Service. A Personal Touch.
You should not have to decode a model number to feel comfortable with your decision. Tell us what your current system is doing, which rooms bother you, and what you want to improve.
We listen, explain what we find, and walk through the equipment and installation options. You see the scope and price before approving the work. When the job is finished, we check operation and explain the controls and care.
A few questions worth asking
Is this the exact system on my proposal?
This guide explains an equipment or package family. Your proposal identifies the actual models, capacity, accessories, installation work, and terms for your home. Ask us to walk through any difference.
Will a higher-efficiency system fix an uncomfortable room?
It may help, but airflow, duct condition, insulation, and sizing can also be involved. Tell us about the room before choosing the replacement so we can explain what the proposed work will address.
Can I compare payment options?
Yes. Ask us to explain available financing options alongside the equipment choices. Financing is subject to approval and applicable terms.
