First, way overdue review for Spring 2026 AC tune-up with Sergio - great service, great advice.
Now, almost end of AC season, AC seems to be having compressor fan start contactor (edit) fail; Nathan took our late night call, gave a great suggestion to get it started and running to get thru the night; committed to arrange next morning repair call. We will keep them for another 10 years or more.

Juan Zamudio was the service tech. Quickly identified my problem as not being air-conditioning related, but instead, my water heater relief valve. He didn’t even charge me the $85 service fee. Great job! This is why I bought my AC units from this company. Great customer service.

Can’t recommend this company enough! We called in a panic when our AC went out on one of the hottest days, and from the moment we called, Nathan was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. He got us back up and running right away, and we couldn’t be more grateful!

Hammocks A/C is the best in Atlanta!!!!!!!! There’s always someone to help you and they are very professional. They come through in emergencies and make sure to answer all my questions. A nice young man “Kaden” came to help me on a Sunday and he was very sincere and ready to take care of me and I really appreciated him working on a Sunday to help me with my emergency ceiling leak. I would definitely recommend Hammocks A/C to everyone! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!

We love Hammocks! They helped us with replacing our cracked furnace on Christmas Eve a few years ago and ever since we have them service out furnace and ac units! Very caring about their customers and they know what they are doing!!

They called me back this morning and had someone out within about a half an hour. Juan was wonderful. He came in and assessed the situation and told us what was wrong and was able to fix it right on the spot. He was efficient and very thorough in his explanation of what was going on. We will definitely be using Hammocks AC again.

Abrey came out to fix our unit, which ended up being a tricky fix, but she worked through every step needed and our unit has been running great ever since. She was very thorough and informative when explaining the issue, and there were no surprise charges at the end. Additionally she stayed in touch with us regarding her arrival time with i really appreciated.

Hammock’s AC did a great job with installing an outdoor unit & furnace for my house. I did not plan on replacing my system immediately but after speaking to Nathan I felt better about having the job done. He was very knowledgeable and kept me informed of what to expect. We've been using Hammock's AC for many years. We bought our last two HVAC systems from them and keep an annual service contract to do our preventative maintenance checks in the spring and the fall. They are always professional and thorough. We had an especially positive experience last week when George Sutton came to handle our spring service. In addition to the usual thorough check of both of our systems, he made some suggestions for a couple of improvements that we could do ourselves, which were both easy and inexpensive. He noted that we had a "homemade" tent over our attic access door (fashioned from insulation that had been taped together), and suggested that it could be easily replaced by one from Amazon that would be neater, more efficient and easier to use. He also suggested getting covers for our outdoor condensers, because they are on the side of house where they tend to accumulate a lot of leaves and debris on top of them. He even looked them up and shared the links with me! Altogether, everything was about $50 and was very easy for me to install. I appreciate a company that doesn't just look for ways to make more money off of their customers, but instead has the best interest of their customers in mind. That's very rare these days and the reason that we will remain loyal customers of theirs!

Nathan, Fred and the entire team at Hammocks took great care is us. From a quick repair required under service warranty to an overhaul of our system adding another zone, dehumidification system, tankless water heater etc. Price was very competitive, with easy finance options available. I have been using them since 2017 and even when I shop services etc. around? I always circle back to these amazing individuals. A local company that is trustworthy is hard to come by. Go no further for any of your HVAC needs. Hammock’s simply has your back.
