UNDERSTAND YOUR OPTIONS
What you are choosing
AFUE is a standardized measure of fuel conversion over a heating season. A 92% rating means approximately 92% of the fuel energy becomes usable heat under the rating method; it is not a promise of a 12% reduction in your bill compared with an 80% furnace.
Where it fits in our lineup
Our RA14 92% furnace packages provide a way to compare a condensing furnace with an 80% option. Venting, condensate disposal, location, and the scope of installation matter to that decision.
80% or 92%: the installation is part of the decision
A condensing furnace needs an appropriate venting and condensate arrangement. An 80% furnace has different venting requirements. We review the existing setup and explain the work required for the proposed equipment instead of assuming either option is a simple swap.
What ownership looks like
Keep the correct filter maintained and have heating operation checked regularly. Ask us to identify the exact filter, service access, thermostat setup, and applicable parts, heat-exchanger, and labor coverage. These are separate items; one warranty does not automatically cover everything.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Expert Service. A Personal Touch.
You should not have to decode a model number to feel comfortable with your decision. Tell us what your current system is doing, which rooms bother you, and what you want to improve.
We listen, explain what we find, and walk through the equipment and installation options. You see the scope and price before approving the work. When the job is finished, we check operation and explain the controls and care.
A few questions worth asking
Is this the exact system on my proposal?
This guide explains an equipment or package family. Your proposal identifies the actual models, capacity, accessories, installation work, and terms for your home. Ask us to walk through any difference.
Will a higher-efficiency system fix an uncomfortable room?
It may help, but airflow, duct condition, insulation, and sizing can also be involved. Tell us about the room before choosing the replacement so we can explain what the proposed work will address.
Can I compare payment options?
Yes. Ask us to explain available financing options alongside the equipment choices. Financing is subject to approval and applicable terms.
