REME HALO Whole-Home Air Purification
Air treatment and filtration do different jobs.
If you have REME HALO on your proposal, you should know why it is there and what it adds to the system. It is an in-duct air-treatment option that can be considered alongside filtration and other indoor-air-quality improvements.

UNDERSTAND YOUR OPTIONS
What it is designed to do
RGF describes REME HALO as active air treatment for the conditioned space. It is different from a media filter, which physically captures particles from air moving through it. Neither should be presented as a cure for every odor or air-quality concern.
Start with the concern in your home
Tell us about persistent odors, dust, moisture, pets, and the rooms that bother you. We look for contributing issues such as moisture, drainage, duct leakage, or a dirty coil. An add-on device is not a substitute for correcting the source of a problem.
Know which HALO product is specified
REME HALO, HALO-LED, and REME HALO Zero are different products. The exact unit on your written proposal determines technology, maintenance, and product-specific claims. We will identify the version before you approve the work.
Maintenance and expectations
Ask which replacement cell the device uses and when it should be inspected or replaced. Keep the HVAC filter maintained too. Air treatment does not replace ventilation, source control, or routine system care, and it does not guarantee prevention of illness.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Expert Service. A Personal Touch.
You should not have to decode a model number to feel comfortable with your decision. Tell us what your current system is doing, which rooms bother you, and what you want to improve.
We listen, explain what we find, and walk through the equipment and installation options. You see the scope and price before approving the work. When the job is finished, we check operation and explain the controls and care.
A few questions worth asking
Is this the exact system on my proposal?
This guide explains an equipment or package family. Your proposal identifies the actual models, capacity, accessories, installation work, and terms for your home. Ask us to walk through any difference.
Will a higher-efficiency system fix an uncomfortable room?
It may help, but airflow, duct condition, insulation, and sizing can also be involved. Tell us about the room before choosing the replacement so we can explain what the proposed work will address.
Can I compare payment options?
Yes. Ask us to explain available financing options alongside the equipment choices. Financing is subject to approval and applicable terms.
