The ideal individual will conduct business based on honesty and integrity, with both the company’s and the customer’s best interest in mind, all while having fun, continuing their education, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining complete professionalism at all times. One must maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times, communicate efficiently, professionally and promptly to all customer inquiries, acknowledge and resolve customer complaints by taking ownership when applicable, process job order requests, schedule, and dispatch a team of six service technicians, thoroughly document all customer correspondence, provide feedback on the efficiency of our processes, One must be familiar with Microsoft Office products. Must be able to work during the hours of 7:00am through 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and some Saturdays from 7:00 am to 11:00 am.
