Desired Qualities and/or Requirements: Candidates must hold our customers’ satisfaction as their top priority. The ideal individual will conduct business based on honesty and integrity, with both the company’s and the customer’s best interest in mind, all while having fun, continuing their education, and improving their lives. Three years’ experience or equivalent is required for this position. One must be proficient in the understanding of refrigerant usage, gas & electrical components on all units, including straight AC units, air handlers, heat pumps, furnaces, mini splits, and ductwork. Knowledge of restaurant refrigeration a plus. One must be able to diagnose any/all issues with a unit. EPA certification required. Candidates must have excellent communication skills. Rotating after hours and weekend work required, with prompt and efficient response to after-hours requests. Must be able to work in confined spaces. Must be willing to work more hours during extreme weather seasons.
